Following the completion of Crewrest, THY’s in-house social networking site developed by Nexum, the company finished its project on THY’s ticket sales and reservations portal.

Following the completion of Crewrest, THY’s in-house social networking site developed by Nexum, the company finished its project on THY’s ticket sales and reservations portal. The design and menu page of the portal, used by all THY ticket sales office and reservations personnel, were upgraded. Fewer completion steps, newly-added shortcuts, warning and routing messages and graphic icons allowed for easy and swift access to the desired information.  

The project paved the way for savings on time and workforce, which was made possible by an average improvement of 40% in procedure steps of all menus, including the most frequently used “Create New Ticket" menu; another stellar entry in Nexum's distinguished list of accomplishments.
